We, Barbara from Food Good and Cindy from Innerfreedomyoga, would like to invite you to our instructive workshop on yoga and nutrition on Saturday 12 October from 1.30pm to 5pm in the Hautekiet motorbike entrance yoga room building via Kortrijksestraat 478, Ruddervoorde (large car park).

We will immerse you in tasty flavours, you will build up a lot of new knowledge and your body will become energetic.
You can enjoy a free tasting and tea.
